 Is there a minimum order required?

No minimum order value while others have a minimum order value based on the distance from the outlet. However, we may consider a waiver of the minimum order value based on the payment of a small additional fee. Please check with our website for minimum order details.

 

How do I make payments for the products that I order?

Currently, we have online payment option to our bank account. you can do an online transfer of the bill amount to our bank account and we will ensure that the delivery is done. Please contact our Contact Center Executive to enquire about this option.

 

Can I pay online?

Yes, you can pay online using your credit card, debit card or via net banking. Please also note that the amount quoted in the bill should be treated as final for payments

 

Can I make an advance order?

Yes you can make advance orders. Just let us know the date and time when you would want the delivery and you will receive it at that time.

 

What address should I use for placing orders? Can it be my office/another temporary address?

The address that you mention has to be the place where you want the delivery and where we can collect the payment on delivery. However, in case you want delivery at one address and collection of payment at another (example – you have ordered flowers for a special someone as a surprise), you need to specify both addresses clearly in the 'Instructions' field.

 

Is there a guaranteed delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the weather, traffic, the nature of items ordered and the business volume Normally, when you place the order, we try to deliver within 3-5 working days or 10-15 working days or as mentioned on our website. Our Customer Contact Center executives can also give you an estimate of the delivery time based on the scenario as known to us. We guarantee the delivery and we request you to check with us in case the order is delayed by more than the stipulated time.
